Cancellations must be advised in writing and by the person who originally made the booking with PERSONAL TOUR company. Cancellations are accepted from the date PERSONAL TOUR receives confirmation of cancellation in writing by letter or email.

The following cancellation fees will apply if the client cancels a tour by notice in writing:
Up to 72 hours before our services are scheduled to start: 
No cancellation fees Canceling between 72 and 24 hours before the services is scheduled to start: 
50% of the tour price plus any costs associated with changing a credit card payment or costs associated with canceling vehicles/museums booked for the tour
Less than 24 hours before the service is scheduled to start, or if the client does not meet the PERSONAL TOUR guide at the agreed time and place: 
100% of the tour price
